Lunenburg Town Hall Meeting - The Future of Healthcare in NS

[Sep 30, 2013 03:44 PM]

You're Invited! Lunenburg Town-Hall Meeting: Election Report cards & The future of Healthcare in NS.
This Thursday, Oct 3rd
7-9pm, Lunenburg Fire Hall

The Nova Scotia Citizens' Health Care Network invites you to an open town-hall meeting to discuss the key challenges and opportunities facing our province's health care system. We're revealing our election report card early that day, so  we'll discuss each party's grade and their different positions. We'll spell out each party's vision for the future, and highlight other key issues. We'll also invite attendees to share their stories and their own visions for the future of Medicare.
Light refreshments will be served.

The Health Network is launching its Lawn Sign Blitz in Lunenburg West earlier that day. As part of our election campaign, we're posting over 1400 lawn signs in key ridings around the province. The signs urge all parties to protect, strengthen, and extend public health care. If you would like a sign for your lawn or can help post them in public areas,  please email James Hutt at James@NSHealthcoalition.ca

See you Thursday!
